Mr. Gupta is a Commerce graduate from University of Mumbai and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is associated with Indsec since June 1994 and has been the Managing Director since July 2000. He is into Capital Markets since 1990 and possesses vast experience of more than four decades overall. Under his leadership, the Company has handled huge volumes of business and has a client list mainly comprising of reputed Banks, Financial Institutions and FPIs. 

Ms. Maya Gandhi
Whole-time Director

Mrs. Gandhi has been associated with Indsec from September 1994 and has handled various key operations since. She has been a part of Capital Markets for over three decades. Prior to joining Indsec she was associated with the Inspection and Surveillance Department of the BSE Limited for a period of 5 years.

Mr. Diamond Dand
Whole-time Director & CFO

Mr. Dand is a qualified Chartered Accountant with an experience of more than two decades in capital markets. He is associated with Indsec since October 2007 and leads the Finance and Compliance functions. Prior to Indsec he was associated with the reputed chartered accountant firms.

Associated with Indsec as an Independent Director since May 2024. She is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and currently having her own practice in the field of professional work.

Ms. Darshita Shah
